By using our website, purchasing gift cards, or booking salon services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or booking our services.

• Service Scope: We provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, treatments, and related beauty services in a welcoming and safe environment.
• Right to Refuse Service: To maintain a safe, hospitable, and respectful space for staff and clients alike, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or actions that violate our safety protocols. 

• Arrival: We kindly ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure stylists can deliver unhurried, quality work. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service window to respect subsequent appointments. 
• Cancellations: We respect our stylists' time and schedules. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice (or 48 hours for extensive chemical/color treatments).
• Fees: Late cancellations or missed appointments ("no-shows") may be subject to a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings, at the discretion of your individual stylist.

• Allergies and Sensitivities: Your health and safety are paramount. You agree to inform your stylist of any known allergies, scalp sensitivities, previous chemical treatments (such as henna or box dye), or medical conditions prior to beginning any hair service. 
• Liability Disclaimer: While our professional stylists adhere to the highest industry standards, hair treatments (particularly chemical processing like bleaching, coloring, and straightening) carry inherent risks. Doo Or Dye Studio LA and its independent stylists are not liable for unexpected results due to undisclosed hair history or normal adverse reactions. 

• Payment Methods: Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept standard payment forms as arranged by your individual stylist. 
• Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased through our website are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are valid for use on services or products as specified.

• Content Ownership: All content on this website—including text, logos, graphics, images, and layout—is the property of Doo Or Dye Studio LA and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without explicit written consent.
• Permitted Use: You agree to use our website solely for lawful purposes, such as viewing our portfolio, checking services, and finding contact or booking details.
